Vegas Senior Advisor provides senior-placement advisory and referral services. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Our advisors hold the credentials described on our team page (CSA, LSW, CDP), but those credentials do not substitute for advice from a licensed physician, attorney, or financial advisor for decisions in those domains.
For medical questions, consult the resident's primary physician, geriatrician, or hospital discharge planner. For legal questions including Medicaid spend-down planning, asset protection, advance directives, power of attorney, and estate planning, consult a Nevada-licensed elder-law attorney. For financial planning including long-term care insurance evaluation, annuity decisions, and tax planning, consult a fee-only fiduciary financial advisor.
Operator information and availability
We maintain a current database of Nevada BHCQC-licensed senior-care operators. The directory data is rebuilt quarterly from the BHCQC public license registry. Between refreshes, operator information including capacity, availability, ownership, administrator, and current pricing can change. We attempt to verify current information directly with operators when proposing them to families, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy at all times.
The featured operator profiles in our directory describe the operator's license category, capacity, and operational context based on data available at the time of writing. They are not endorsements. A featured profile does not mean we recommend the operator for every situation — fit depends on the resident's specific care level, budget, and family preferences.
No guarantee of placement or outcome
While we work hard to match every family with operators that fit their situation, we cannot guarantee a successful placement or a specific outcome at any operator. Operator quality can change over time due to ownership transitions, administrator changes, or staff turnover. We mitigate this by checking back at 7, 30, and 90 days post-placement and helping families adjust if needed.
Cost estimates
Cost ranges published on this site (assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, in-home care, etc.) are estimates based on the Genworth Cost of Care Survey, our internal advisor-tracking database, and direct operator quotes received during placement work. Actual operator pricing can fall outside the published range based on care level, room size, amenity tier, and rate-increase history. Always get the rate sheet in writing from each operator before signing.

Paid referral service disclosure
