Quick answer: Contact Us
HomeContact Us

The fastest way to get help is to call. Most families' first conversation with us runs 15 to 20 minutes and ends with a clear next step — usually a two- or three-operator shortlist with tour times scheduled within the week.

Call (702) 802-0093

Live advisors answer during business hours (Mon-Fri 8 AM - 6 PM Pacific, Sat 9 AM - 4 PM). After hours, leave a message and we'll call back the next business morning — or first thing Saturday for urgent hospital-discharge situations called in Friday evening.

Send us a message

If you prefer not to call, send a message via the form on this page or by email at advisors@vegassenioradvisor.com. Tell us as much or as little as you want about the situation — even a one-line note like "looking at memory care for my mom in Henderson, budget around $6k" is enough for us to come back with a useful first response.

What happens after you reach out

Within one business hour of a call or message, an advisor will respond. The first conversation covers:

  • Who the care is for — relationship to you, name, age (optional), current living situation.
  • What's happening today — what triggered the search, any recent medical events, current cognitive status, mobility, medication needs.
  • Care level — if you know, great. If not, we'll walk you through how to think about it.
  • Budget — monthly budget range and how it's funded (private pay, Medicaid pending, VA aid and attendance, long-term care insurance).
  • Geography — which cities work, distance from key family members, hospital-system preferences.
  • Timeline — urgent (3-7 days), near-term (2-4 weeks), exploratory (1-3 months).

From that, we propose two or three Nevada-licensed operators that fit and arrange tours. We coordinate the visits, prep you with the right questions for each operator, and stay engaged through paperwork and the first 90 days post-placement.

Hospital discharge cases

Hospital social workers are sometimes given less than 48 hours to discharge a patient who's no longer meeting acute-care criteria but isn't safe to go home. If that's your situation, call us immediately and tell the social worker. We can usually identify 2-3 options and arrange tours within 24-48 hours; placement often completes in 3-7 days.

Out-of-state families

If you're an adult child outside Nevada coordinating care for a parent in Las Vegas, we work with you the same way we work with local families — we'll coordinate tours, build the quote comparison, and (with your parent's authorization) handle some of the paperwork coordination so you don't have to fly out for every step.

What we don't do

We don't sell your contact info. We don't blast your situation to ten operators. We don't run a national call-center playbook. We don't add you to a marketing email list without consent. The relationship is hands-on and ends when you say it ends.

Mailing address

For mail correspondence: Vegas Senior Advisor
P.O. Box 27384

(For privacy and security, we use a P.O. box rather than a public street address. Tours happen at the operator's location; first conversations happen by phone or video.)
