Our Network of Nevada Senior Care Facilities

Our Network of Nevada Senior Care Facilities. Vegas Senior Advisor explains how senior placement works for Nevada families.

Quick answer: Our Network of Nevada Senior Care Facilities — quick answer.
HomeAboutOur Network of Nevada Senior Care Facilities

Our advisor service maintains relationships with most Nevada BHCQC-licensed senior-care operators across the Las Vegas Valley. This page describes how the operator network works, what it means for the families we serve, and what we don't do with operator relationships.

What "operator network" actually means

An operator joins our referral network by signing a referral agreement — a standard senior-placement industry contract that lays out what we provide (matched family referrals), what the operator provides (current capacity and pricing information, agreement to honor the placement fee when a family we send moves in), and the terms (one-time fee paid 30-60 days post-move-in, contingent on a short qualifying stay period).

The network includes operators across every Nevada senior-care license category: assisted living (RFG), memory care (CBLA and AL with memory wings), residential care homes (HIC), skilled nursing (SNF), adult day care (FCADD), in-home care (PCS), hospice (HPC), and home health (HHA). Geographic coverage spans Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite, and parts of Pahrump.

How we choose which operators to bring into the network

We don't accept every operator that asks. The screening criteria we apply:

  • Active license in good standing with Nevada BHCQC, with no current disciplinary action open.
  • Recent state survey results reviewed for severity and recurrence patterns. Operators with severe or repeat citations get scrutiny; we may decline or revisit later after corrective action.
  • Administrator tenure and stability — operators with constant leadership turnover are higher-risk for placement outcomes.
  • Family-feedback patterns from prior placements and from independent review sources.
  • Operator transparency — operators that resist providing rate sheets, won't share staffing data, or aren't responsive to family questions are flagged.

How we choose which operators to recommend to each family

Network membership doesn't equal recommendation. For each family, we match against the specific intake criteria — care level, budget, geography, special considerations (pet-friendly, veteran-friendly, Medicaid-pending, language preference, religious or cultural fit) — and propose two or three operators that genuinely fit. The shortlist is usually a small subset of the network operators in that geography.

We also tell families when an out-of-network operator might be a better fit. Some operators in the Las Vegas market choose not to participate in any placement-service network, often because their occupancy is strong enough they don't need the marketing channel. We don't have a financial interest in those operators, but if one of them is the best fit for a specific family situation, we'll surface it.

What we don't do

  • We don't give operators preferential treatment based on the referral-fee rate. Higher-paying operators don't get more recommendations.
  • We don't add operators to the network without screening their regulatory record.
  • We don't keep operators in the network if their care quality deteriorates. We've removed operators after repeat severe citations or pattern complaints from prior families we placed.
  • We don't share families' contact information with operators they haven't agreed to consider.

How the network helps families

For families, the network model produces a few practical advantages:

  • Faster access to current capacity information. Network operators update us on availability regularly, so we can usually tell you in real time whether an operator has an opening.
  • Coordinated tour scheduling. Network operators are familiar with our process and accommodate our scheduling efficiently.
  • Better pricing transparency. Network operators send us current rate sheets, which we use to build family-facing pricing comparisons.
  • Quality history baked into the recommendation. Because we've worked with most network operators across many prior placements, we have direct visibility into how they handle move-in, care transitions, family communication, and difficult situations.

What if an operator we don't work with is a better fit?

We'll tell you. The network is a useful operator population to draw from, but it isn't the only one we know. If we think a non-network operator is genuinely the right answer for your family, we'll explain that and help you contact them directly. The honest answer matters more to us than the fee on any individual placement.
